Il est fort probable que vous n'avez pas Flashplayer (un outil essentiel pour regarder des photos et vidéos sur internet). Vous pouvez le télécharger gratuitement (sur ce site: https://get.adobe.com/fr/flashplayer/ ) ou alors vous l'avez peut-être déja mais il n'est pas autorisé sur cette page, vous devez donc juste l'autoriser ici. or maybe you already have it but it isn't allowed on this site. So the only thing to do is to authorize it here.
